I live on the first floor apartment so I am on site to help with anything. The bedroom has full sized memory foam bed. There is a full sized futon in the living room. One parking spot for guests. Saratoga spa state park, performing arts center, casino and Saratoga race track are all a short car ride away.

Warning: this urban bohemian experience may bring back memories of Williamsburg Brooklyn or Downtown LA in the 90's.
