Welcome to The Artist’s Loft! This unique stay at the historic Bradshaw Lofts downtown Stratford features a fully functional kitchen, ensuite laundry, large bathroom, a cozy bedroom, and a living space for relaxing, dining or working. All of this is contained by the historic elements the building has - natural timber, exposed brick walls and high ceilings. Run by a local artist and counsellor, we are committed to sharing the beautiful town that we have fallen in love with, with a personal touch.

This unique place has a style all on its own with a peaceful nature theme! It is a stylish newly renovated basement suite in a duplex, in front of the beautiful Wellesley pond! Enjoy a stroll around the pond, fish, go for breakfast at the popular schmidtsville Mennonite restaurant. Many amenities within walking distance including coffee shop, lcbo and small grocery store. Close to new rec centre + trails. Location is also a short drive to Stratford, St Jacobs, Elmira, Baden, New Hamburg and KW.

Short and beautiful walk to any or all of Stratford's theatres. The apartment is located on the second level of the building. One full flight of stairs up. If mobility is an issue, this may not be a suitable option for you. Two night minimum. We are officially Short Term Rental Licensed (#2023-09) through the City of Stratford [By-law# 130-2022]
