Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The home is a roomy mobile home in a country setting. During your stay, you will very likely see different types of wildlife including deer and turkeys. It is a perfect place to unwind. The master bedroom has a queen bed and toddler bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third a twin bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the things needed to cook your own meals. Master bath has shower and other bath has tub/shower combo.

Corner lot with lots of parking and rv hookups. Park located one block away. We are a pet friendly place and we have a fenced in backyard. Coffee or an espresso to start your day and a variety of breakfast meals to chose from. Conveniently placed USB ports in the outlets located in kitchen and living room.

Let us share with you our special little cottage. This is a little piece of my family’s story, where our monkeys grew a little too giant and now we had to move to a bigger place. This is a very secure and quiet neighborhood, centrally located. It has its own driveway and plenty of parking space by the street. We are local people, if you have any questions we will assist quickly. Our internet connection is the fastest most reliable in town. The place will be super clean!

Located just 1.5 mile off of Hwy 54, the Arrow Bar Ranch Guest House is a completely renovated 100+ year old farmhouse. Located 1/4 mile west of Hooker, OK on a working ranch, guests will receive a complimentary package of hamburger from the Arrow Bar Ranch Beef herd. The house comes with a 2 car garage, wifi, coffee/tea, a small bar/fridge in the basement as well as a fully stocked kitchen. It has surround system for watching movies, and smart TVs for streaming.

Clear Creek Lodge

Come visit Clear Creek Ranch! Renovated country home that is perfect for large groups and families. Guests will be able to fish in the nearby creek and enjoy the outside fire-pit roasting s'mores under the stars for a quiet country getaway. The Clear Creek lodge is located 12 miles outside the town of Beaver, OK. The price of one guest is $60.00 and an additional $30.00 for each additional person per night. Children 10 and under are free.

Located close to the football field and high school, this home is perfect for families and sports enthusiasts! No animals allowed.

Casa de Cortez

We are in the process of repairing the exterior of the home due to tornado damage. Inside is clean and comfortable, but the outside has some minor damage. We do have a new fence. Our home is clean and comfortable. Perryton is in the process of recovering from the tornado 6/14/2023. All pets must be registered with guests. Guests must bring a crate for pets. Pets should not be allowed in home unsupervised.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This is within walking distance to downtown, movie theatre, restaurants and local coffee shop and nail shop. Alley access allows you more privacy. Quiet upstairs apartment with 2 queen beds, washer/dryer, free wifi. This is a stylish apartment that is quiet and comfortable.

This newly renovated completely updated retired gas station is the perfect place for you to call home while in the area. Fully stocked with 2 50” TVs, WiFi, full sized bathtub, King bed, pull out couch and Pool Table! There’s also a covered patio great for star gazing.

The Farmhouse

You will enjoy a quiet neighborhood with maybe turkeys in the yard in the mornings. There is one king bed and one queen bed. There is also a queen hideabed.
