The “Moondance” will sleep six comfortably. The “Moondance” has 3 steps to the 1st floor. The 1st floor has a full kitchen, Dining room table that seats 6, one bedroom with a queen sized bed, full shower bath with washer & dryer. Upstairs the loft has a Queen bed, Full Bath. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa & TV with DVD player. Your doors walk out to your covered porch, with your grill & Hot Tub. Hot Tub FEE; $45. Pets are $45 per pet per night. Day guests (not overnight) are $10.00 ea.

The Heron's Nest

The “Heron’s nest” is Four stories tall, with FOUR Bedrooms, THREE Full Bathrooms. Eight person dining room table, Full Bath , Living room with WI-FI, flat TV & DVD player, plus a large bedroom with a King sized Bed. Going upstairs, the Loft bedroom has a King sized Bed and Full Bath. Down stairs to the lowest level walk out basement, there is a third bedroom with a Queen Bed a Fourth Bedroom with a Queen bed, TV. Hot Tub $45. Pet $45 per pet per night. This small private cabin is located 1 mile from the Ohio River at Derby, IN. It is nestled on 68 acres in a very private park like setting. Enjoy the stocked pond and nature from the covered porch or the hot tub. Go for a hike in the woods and possibly see some of the wildlife or walk down onto your dock from the deck to do some fishing or swimming. There is a paddle boat available to use as well. Gas grill is on the deck with table and chairs. No hunting is allowed at the property.
