Our condo is great unit for a family, couples, or a much needed get-a-way destination. There are many amenities offered and you are a few short steps to the beach. Amenities including an elevator, 4 pools (1 heated in winter) kiddie pool, snack bar, tennis & shuffleboard, BBQ, covered parking! The condo is 616 sq ft. I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.
