On the second floor of a newly built (2011) building, you will find the best option, for your visit in Peraia! A nice, modern and cosy apartment, just 70 meters away from the sea! It consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living room, a luxurious bathroom and a large, beautifully decorated bedroom, with a king double bed. The living room has a comfortable sofa-bed as well. The furnishings in the house are all brand new. There is a large balcony, with an open 180° view, including the sea!
