Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

A beautiful and bright self contained annexe with double bed, ensuite shower room, dining area and kitchenette. Relax after a long walk in the surrounding countryside or snuggle up in toweling robes to a Netflix movie on the 32” smart TV. Ideally located in the rural village of Hensol, our newly renovated and tastefully decorated space is the perfect place to unwind. 7 min walk/2 minute drive from Llanerch Vineyard & Hensol Castle 3 min drive from The Vale Resort and Golf Club.

Homestead West Wing, no hidden fees!

Homestead West Wing is a self contained luxury accommodation in a beautiful 1840 country house. Close to easy travel links with a bus stop a short walk away, but a quiet secluded setting with lovely gardens, paddocks and stables with friendly equine residents including Bluey the miniature pony. Accommodation comprises breakfast room, kitchen with air fryer, hob and combo microwave oven, shower room and 25sqm bedroom / lounge with open log fire. Storage for bikes etc available.

Self-contained Mountain-top Retreat

Bwthyn Bach (little cottage) is our beautiful, self-contained studio, boasting incredible sunset views of the Brecon Beacons and Pen-y-Fan from your bedside. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway, with patio and garden facilities accessible. Breakfast basics are included with fresh eggs from our hens when available Please be aware that this is only accessible by a single tarmac track that winds up the mountain. Access in the winter can be limited.

Gwyn Lodge

A self contained bungalow comprising of a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen diner including a washing machine, iron with ironing board, an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge freezer. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a suitable laptop work space / dressing table with a hairdryer. The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.
