Escape from the city in our 1200 sq ft one bedroom suite with fully equipped kitchen in a peaceful country setting with pool and hot tub near Lakepoint, Lake Allatoona, Acworth, Cartersville, Dallas, and Hiram. Two wineries within 10 miles of our place! We are close to YNOT, 3 miles from Rose Hall wedding, 6 miles from downtown Dallas, GA and 10 miles from downtown Cartersville, GA. We can host up to 4 adults in our basement apartment. We have a max of 5 guests on the property at anytime.

Please note that the house is not ADA compliant as there are structural stairs leading to the entry into the house and bedrooms.
