The cottage is newly built and furnished, has an indoor fireplace, central AC, fully stocked kitchen, and screened in room overlooking the lake. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Be assured everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The River House

This beautiful, spacious home has been in our family for years. The property rests on a large piece of wooded acreage and is 200 yds. from a private beach on Schroon River, and also within ten minutes of the Schroon Lake beach. This home is for guests that are looking to have a relaxing get away. It is not to be rented for any type of party or event. We can not tolerate damage done to the home because of partying. You will be responsible for any damage done to the house.

Lake Front Home on Eagle Lake with 30' Dock. Main House has 2 bedrooms: Mstr Bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed. Full size futon downstairs in the living room. Studio has a Queen Bed with its own bathroom and shower. Both have kitchens. This is a family spot and not for large parties. 3 Kayaks, paddle boat and Canoe included with the rental. Full kitchen with utensils. Property now follows a bring your own linens and towels policy.
