Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Appartamento al primo piano, appena fuori dal paese raggiungibile comunque in 10 minuti a piedi. Dispone di un'entrata indipendente, un ampio prato per starsene all'aperto e un parcheggio privato. Dista circa 20 minuti dalle bellissime piste da sci del Monte Zoncolan, e dal lago di Cavazzo, Se siete interessati ai bagni e alle cure termali in 10 minuti raggiungerete la località di Arta Terme. Specialmente adatto ai ciclisti perché non lontano dalla ciclovia Alpe Adria e dal Monte Zoncolan

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto.
