With its own entrance, a comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio area, you are guaranteed a relaxing and private stay. Nestled away in the village of Tupton on the edge of the Peak District, we hope that you can find a place to relax, eat and explore. If you're with us for work, moving house or to see family, then we have everything you need from pots and pans to a washing machine as well as a space to park.

The Granary

Situated in the country side, with no one around, the gorgeous Hardwick View Lodge. A lovely intimate space with the sounds of nature all around. You can go on many different walks, to close by places such as Hardwick Hall and Stainsby Mill. This is a perfect place for walkers or a couple wanting a romantic treat away, with a hot tub to relax in too. Our hot tub is open all year round at no extra cost, a lovely place to star gaze at night or relax in after a busy day! 2 people only, no children

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Immaculate Twin Loft Room with en-suite shower. Room accessed by the key in a Keysafe adjacent to the private door. Car parking for 1 vehicle available. 5 minute walk to Ringwood Hall, Canal, 3 takeaways and the Hollingwood Public House. 5 minute drive to M1 junction29a. Room has free Wifi, tea/coffee making facilities, television, microwave, fridge, clothes rail and 2 chest of drawers. Towels and bedding provided.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

Rita’s Retreat

Rita’s Retreat is set on a working small holding, with lovely views across the fields, and sheep grazing close by. Inside is a handmade double bed, made locally, a full size shower with sink and WC and heated towel rail, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and Smart TV.
