Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

Warm two-story house, 4 Bedrooms, currently set up as two Queen beds and one single bed, and a large office. Generous modern kitchen and two full sized bathrooms, one with a bath and another with a separate toilet. Home placed on a back section of Featherston Street close to Palmerston North Hospital. House is close to the city center, and in-zone for many local schools. Bus stop 1 minute away from the letterbox. The section has a small fenced in yard. Smoke free. Linen is provided.

The Cottage

A private self contained cottage in a rural setting. This restored 1930's cottage is very cosy and comfortable. A heat pump is available for those chilly nights. The Cottage is located on a lifestyle block approximately 14 km from the centre of Palmerston North. The cottage looks out over a pond and paddocks with ducks and sheep. Guest access is by keypad on the main entry gate to the property.
