A spacious suite in a new architect designed home set in extensive gardens on a 1.5 acre property located in Mount Tamborine’s dress circle. Mount Tamborine is a stunning environment, on top of the range 40 minutes drive from the Gold Coast. At 535m above sea level, the red volcanic soil and a good rainfall ensures a lush environment thrives that is home to a wide range of bird life. The mountain is also home to several vineyards and breweries, a distillery, many many restaurants and cafes, a host of curiosity shops and two farmer and craft markets each month. The mountain caters for those who love nature with many bush walking tracks. It is also the gateway to O’Reillys, Lamington and Binna Burra national parks. Sunset on Handglider Hill over looking Canunga with a glass of wine in hand is not to be missed. This architect-designed house is set on a 1.5-acre property near Mount Tamborine. Dreamworld is a short 12 minutes drive. When at the house you get the feeling you could be a million miles away from everywhere, however you are only a few kilometeres from major shopping centres, trams, trains, themes parks, and the motorway that takes you north to Brisbane or south to Surfers Paradise.

Gilston Orchard is a rural property 9 kilometres along the Nerang Beaudesert/Murwillumbah Rd from Nerang. We are at walking distance from Hinze Dam with its View Cafe open each day. Easy access to the Gold Coast glitter strip, beaches, and theme parks. Also easy access to Binnaburra (O'Reillys), Springbrook, Beechmont, Mt Tamborine plus further out West to Canungra, Beaudesert etc. This is a nice spot from which to bike ride with a mountain bike track just across the dam wall.
