Eine vielfältige Vogel- und Tierwelt ist hier erhalten, Graugänse, Kraniche, Störche und Silberreiher und Rotwild gehören hier zum saisonalen Tagesablauf.

City center is 20 minutes by walk or 5 minutes by car. You have a free parking for one car in the building. There are two big shopping centres by 5 minutes walk - Vivo and Central. On the ground floor from the street you have a grocery and drug store. Also there are three restaurants - sushi bar, steak house and italian food.
