"Heaven" ( 1,512 sq ft, 7 ac) sits on a bluff overlooking the Osage river. An open home with huge full length windows and a sun room. Two porches offer views over the river and to the woods. A soaker tub and sauna are situated in the cabin with a view to the sunset. The cabin is at the end of a secluded forest road. A locked garage is available for small cars. Drive: 15-20 min to Linn for supplies / 30 min to Jeff City / 5 min to public river access. Regretfully no kids under 12 or pets.

It's a one-family or one-group-at-a-time space with 7 rooms to enjoy, plus an enclosed porch. Drink your morning coffee in one of the 3 sitting areas or on the deck outside (you may see deer feeding in the forest below).

Escape to luxury at this private cottage with indoor 17-ft swim/spa, sauna, and steam shower. Sleeps up to 10 with beds, air mattresses, and convertible furniture. Enjoy a fenced patio, fire pit, robes, slippers, face masks, Nespresso, and more. Perfect for a romantic getaway, group stay, or small event (max 15).
