Includes a wheelchair accessible ramp entrance with 2 bedrooms, full bath, and wood burning stove on the first floor. A 3rd bedroom and 1/2 bath are upstairs. Our bonus loft overlooking the lake (accessable by ladder) is great for morning coffee or night stargazing Located within walking distance to town beach!

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Tiny Olive, one of our two Little Olive Cottages, is located within a short 10-minute walk to the town beach, shops, and restaurants in Long Lake, NY. The cottage is designed to be small, but cozy, with everything you need! The bedroom includes a full-size bed and a convertible sleeper chair that can accommodate a small adult or a child. There are power outlets on each side of the bed with USB ports. An AC cooling unit is available.
