The home is set back 100" for plenty of game play in the yard (bocce, volleyball, bags, badmitten) outdoors on the way to private dock and swim platform. The interior has been tastefully renovated with fresh, beachy feel(all 3 full baths updated in 2019). Plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor for family gathering. New washer and dryer, all appliances have been updated. Good fishing off dock.
