Two fireplaces make this antique-filled country colonial home the perfect place to come and just relax or enjoy cross country skiing, snow mobiling, snow shoeing, and hiking right from your back door. The Herrick House is 120 acres of fields and forest with spectacular views and various wildlife. With 4 bedrooms,2 full bathrooms, 2 living areas, 2 beautiful wood burning fireplaces, laundry room, new appliances; this is the perfect getaway for family and friends.

Home Alone Mountain Retreat

We rent the house beautifully located in the small vacation community on the hill with a mountain view from the wrap-around deck. Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of the 1,5 acre land adjacent to the state forest, take on the stroll in the woods, wander around the historic villages, take a swim in the pond, enjoy the country roads on the mountain bike or visit Windham and Hunter. There is a hot tub on the deck but we determine availability daily. We do not charge the cleaning fee.
