Pets are not allowed This room requires a € 200.00 security deposit (your bank or credit card may charge a small fee for using the hold.). La finca no se comparte con más clientes, sus propietarios viven en el piso superior y se ocupan de la limpieza exterior. Ideal para encontrar la tranquilidad y privacidad. Está situado en una finca completamente cerrada. y la piscina y zona del jardín es de uso exclusivo para los clientes y no se comparte.

Farmacia al lado y playa a 5 minutos en coche (centro Ortigueira hasta playa). Ideal para disfrutar vacaciones y Festival de Ortigueira. NO TIENE ASCENSOR.

This fabulous watermill stood empty and abandoned until it was recently fully restored and converted into a beautiful, comfortable home. Enjoy listening to the quiet rustling of the river while you drift off to sleep. The house sits on over a hectare of land and is extremely private, yet it has the convenience of being only a 2 minute drive to the local restaurant and a 5 minute drive the beaches and to the nearest village where you can find everything you need.

The Water's Edge

The house is spacious and comfortable, with lovely views of the Ortigueira Estuary and colorful sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and BBQ. Just 3 min from town and 5 min to the beach. IMPORTANT NOTE: It is only the bottom floor of the house that is being rented. The top floor is an empty loft, used only for storage. Guests can be assured that they will not be sharing the space, or the garden, with anyone else.
