Lovely walk in walk out with private entrance, 500sqf one bedroom guest suite with 9 foot ceilings... bright and airy. This self contained one bedroom suite offers privacy and easy access. If you like cooking your own meals we have a mature herbs on the pathway to the suite that you are welcome to pick from for your meals. We provide coffee/tea/sugar/milk/yogurt/fresh fruit/museli/granola to ensure you have what you need for breakfast the day of arrival. We have have a two night minimum.

With our close proximity to the University of Victoria, Mount Douglas, dozens of beaches, and downtown Victoria, you are bound to find something to see and do every day of your visit.

Deacon Hill Ocean View HotTub Suite on 10 Acres

South-facing, 300 square foot, self-contained room with a private hot tub and ocean view. Situated on 10 lovely acres near Dinner Bay park, this studio on the ground floor of the main house has a private entry through french doors off of the covered deck. Perfect for a couple (not suitable for children) or a solo Gulf Island getaway. There is no kitchen, but the room includes a small fridge with freezer, BBQ, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea. Restaurants and shops are a 10 min drive away.

Ocean views and steps to Cordova Bay Beach

We are located in beautiful Cordova Bay. The area is a favorite to locals and tourists. Cordova Bay has an expansive beach. We are a short 1 min walk to beach access and the Beach House Restaurant - closed, Mattick's Farm is a 1 km walk away. Mt Douglas trails and park is a short drive away. The guest suite is on the second floor of our house. It is spacious, fully equipped and has two private entries. There are beautiful views of the ocean, Mt Douglas, San Juan Islands and Mt Baker.

The suite features a private entrance, king size bed, kitchenette with full size fridge, full three piece bathroom, walk-in closet and fully furnished living room with dinning table. My suite is close to public transport, the city centre, and parks. You’ll love the ambiance, outdoor space, and the neighbourhood. My suite is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Free onsite parking is available.

Welcome to our spacious 2-bedrooms in a quiet area with short drive to DT Victoria and 15 min drive to Butchart Gardens. It has its own private entrance, large private covered patio and parking next to the building. It has two queen size beds and large sofa to enjoy your movie time. Located within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants! 10min stroll gets you to gorgeous Elk Lake Park, 5min walk to Commonwealth leisure Center and 7min drive to Cordova beach.

Our two bedroom suite is super comfortable. Great beds and linens. Full kitchen and full bath. The living room is fully equipped with really comfy furniture, WiFi and fireplace. We can accommodate as many as four guests. Our location is close to great beaches, shopping and UVIC is right across the street. Downtown is a fifteen minute drive and UVIC offers bus service everywhere. Cadboro Bay is a wonderful neighborhood, one of Victoria’s finest. It is terrific.
