Πρόκειται για ένα διατηρητέο ανεμόμυλο χτισμένο το 1809. Ανακατασκευάστηκε το 1925 και ανακαινίστηκε το 2022 . Με σεβασμό στην αρχιτεκτονική η πέτρα και το ξύλο κυριαρχούν στη διακόσμηση του καταλύματος. Ο παραδοσιακός σουφάς(κρεβάτι) και τα ξύλινα ράφια , στολισμένα με πιάτα και κανάτες. Συγκλονιστική θέα, άγριες απόκρημνες ακτές και ανοιχτή θάλασσα που σμίγει με τον ουρανό στο φλεγόμενο ορίζοντα. Χρώματα ειδυλλιακά χορεύουν νωχελικά και κάνουν αυτό το ΛΙΟΓΕΡΜΑ μαγικό , μοναδικό και αξέχαστο .

Το ARCHONTIKO είναι κτίσμα του 1850. Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμενο. Βρίσκεται στη συνοικία "Μέσα Κάστρο". Έχει φανταστική θέα στην ανατολική πλευρά της Ολύμπου καθώς και στη δυτική με θέα το Κρητικό πέλαγος και τους ανεμόμυλους. Απέχει από το κέντρο του χωριού 2-3 λεπτά. Δίπλα του βρίσκεται ο παραδοσιακός φούρνος, ο οποίος διαθέτει φρεσκοψημένα εδέσματα και σε απόσταση 100 μέτρων σε ευθεία,υπάρχει η περίφημη ταβέρνα "ΜΥΛΟΣ" με τα παραδοσιακά καρπαθικα φαγητά, όπως τις ονομαστες "Μακαρουνες".

On a great spot, with an impressive view of the harbor, the centre of Pigadia and the sea, you can find the nice apartments of Dolphin. Quiet and yet close to the centre. The long beach of the Pigadia bay is a walk of about 600 m. Close to the apartments you find a small pebble beach. In front of the apartments there is a stairway to the harbor. Cleaned daily.
