**Newly remodeled as of May 2023** Clean, light-filled cottage on a quiet, private, no-bank sandy beach. The cottage, which is about 1300 square feet, has three bedrooms plus a sleeper couch in the living area, and one bathroom. Relax, explore the beach and sandy tideflats, enjoy a fabulous view of the Cascades, roast marshmallows over a campfire, and spot wildlife including harbor seals, otters, and bald eagles. This is a magical place for kids to play and explore!

Peaceful waterfront retreat with Mt. Rainier views

Get away for a weekend or longer and enjoy this peaceful retreat with its stunning views of Mt. Rainier and the South Sound islands. The historic house has plenty of room to spread out and, comfortable spaces to gather together. Launch your kayaks (provided) from the private beach or dock, then paddle around and explore Filucy Bay. For fine dining (or just great, casual food), visit nearby Gig Harbor or stay and cook in the well-equipped kitchen.

Cozy waterfront house with expansive views of Pickering Passage where you can sit at the deck and watch the wildlife. Relax on the large covered deck that overlooks the passage with gorgeous views of Hartstene Island and the bridge. Powerful heaters let you enjoy the deck even during the coldest and rainiest days. The home offers 120 feet of private beach! You will need to walk the stairs to get to the beach, we are on a medium to high bank.

We have a Spectacular home directly on the beach that we would like to share with you. It includes gourmet kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, barbecue, and even its own private boat launch. There is plenty of yard to have a gathering. Sit by the campfire on the beach or enjoy a glass of wine in your private hot tub, overlooking the US Navy fleet of battleships. One of a kind place.

* The cabin is close to the park, hiking trails, boat launch boat and bike rentals. You’ll love my place because of the views, being right on the private beach and the quiet peninsula.
