King fisher cottage is a tranquil eco cottage set on the rivers edge of 11 acres of wild farmland and beautifully landscaped gardens that offer total privacy. The cottage has a semi-outdoor bath for bathing while star gazing, a kitchenette, living area & bedroom. There is no wifi & minimal phone reception, the perfect place to get away and unwind an enjoy nature. PLEASE NOTE: June through to September the track is too soft for a car so you need to park in the carpark and walk 40m to cottage.

A cute private glamping set-up nestled in the trees alongside the Wainui River. Here, you'll have a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with power, a cosy cabin with a comfy queen-sized bed, a hot outdoor shower and bath. Transport to cabin is by 4x4 ( provided with host driving ) a 15 min drive or you can hike through hill country overlooking sea views takes about 35 mins . Car parking at main lodge . Waitomo caves is 30mins , guests must bring their own food for their stay , coffee/tea provided.
