Our guest house has 2 beds, one couch, a full kitchen, two baths, two porches and is handicap accessible upon request. The guest house can be used for small parties and get-togethers, for an additional fee beyond the nightly/daily guest fee. Guest often see deer, fox, wild birds and beautiful sunrise/sunsets.

My place is close to Clemson University, great views, lake front property on Lake Hartwell, Anderson, SC, very close to I-85, family-friendly activities.
