Just 6 miles away, Watkinsville offers small town shopping & dining. Only a 20 min drive for antiquing or dining in historic Madison or head to Athens, home to UGA and all the shopping, dining and night-life of a college town. At night, relax by the fire-pit while you roast marshmallows and listen to the owls.

Cozy studio apartment, <1 mile to Downtown

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Quaint Cottage in Boulevard

Located on a quiet street the heart of the Boulevard Historic District, you can walk to Downtown or Normaltown in just 10 minutes. This house has two bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, covered front porch and back deck. Wonderful neighborhood restaurants and yoga studio, and school with playground are just a block away. This is the perfect place to stay for friends, couples and families. Mature, well-behaved dogs (2 max) are allowed for an additional fee of $50, or $100 per week for longer stays.

City Farm 25's Cozy Cabin

You aren't a “cookie-cutter hotel” and “fight the crowds” kind of person. We’re with you. You want something more personal. We welcome you to our home, City Farm 25. We prefer unique places with character that feel homey. Our little slice of paradise in downtown Watkinsville is just that. The property is a cozy log cabin. You have the building to yourself. This woodland oasis offers quiet natural respite, and located 3 minutes from restaurants, groceries and 8 minutes to downtown Athens and UGA. We are both architects, we designed this treehouse to share our love of Athens, nature, & design with you :) Our family also lives on the property and will be available if you need anything during your stay.

Welcome to our modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom new construction home in downtown Watkinsville with a dreamy outdoor oasis! Just 6 miles from UGA and less than 1 mile to downtown restaurants, shops, Wire Park and The Thomas Farm Preserve with biking and hiking trails. The main level features an open concept living room with a foldout Twin Sleeper chair, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, offering plenty of space for everyone.

House on the Hill

The perfect place, available year-round, for all Athens events, UGA occasions, and game day week ends. The home, built in 1936, has large rooms with 10 ft. ceilings and a kitchen that can accommodate any size group. The home sits on 5 acres with an outdoor fireplace, bocce ball courts, a sizeable outdoor patio, and plenty of space to spread out or gather, inside and outdoors. Only a 10 min Uber/ Lyft ride to downtown restaurants, bars, the Botanical Gardens, and the stadium.

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.
