The Lighthouse at 113 Albury Street is situated in the main street of Holbrook close to shops and eateries and 35mins to Albury. A unique stay in that it is an original residence totally renovated to suit the needs of our guests. Building erected around 1905 of timber construction for the purpose of a jewellery store, funeral directors and nursery. It was not lived in for around 10yrs. With a comfy double bed and steep stairs, it’s private and quiet - brilliant on a sunny day, cosy in a storm. There's a fantastic cafe around the corner; shops are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main Island Bay bus stop is nearby with regular buses. It's a 9 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Wellington. Small dogs on request.
