Die 3 darin befindlichen Wohnungen wurden 2021 neu saniert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es handelt sich um 2 Wohnungen für 1 bis 4 Personen und eine Dachgeschosswohnung für 1-6 Personen. Alle Wohnungen sind mit Dusche, WC, komplett eingerichteter Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, TV und freiem WLAN ausgestattet.
