It's 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, the Smoky Mountain National Park, and Pigeon Forge, and offers breathtaking mountain views. The cottage features two gas fireplaces, a hot tub, and a modern kitchen equipped w/ granite countertops & stainless-steel appliances. And, if you're lucky, you might even spot a bear during their active season! The cottage is one of our favorite properties. We hope you'll love it too.

Inside Gatlinburg Falls Resort just outside the Smoky Mountain National Park. 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge yet you are up in the mountains and feel like you are away from everything. Max of 6 only if there is combination of adults and children. Max 4 adults. No smoking of anything allowed. $500 penalty enforced. Minimum age to rent is 25 years of age.
