This 2,000 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located in a quiet neighborhood with manicured landscaping, fenced yard, outdoor grill, and sitting area with fire pit. Full kitchen includes refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and place settings for 8 or more as well as pots and pans for cooking. Located 4 mins (driving) from the Historic Denton County courthouse square, 5 mins from TWU and 8 mins from UNT. Lake Lewisville and Lake Ray Roberts are 15-20 mins.

This apartment is brand new with all of the comforts of home. Quick access to I-35 makes it simple to travel every direction. We are about thirty minutes north of Dallas or Fort Worth. This space has WiFi, 2 smart TV's with Hulu+Live, washer and dryer, queen size bed and sofa bed with memory foam mattress. It has a fully equipped kitchen. We are pet friendly & behaved pets are welcome. We use a disinfecting UV light to sanitize between guests. We also have a rigorous cleaning protocol.

The Fallon House features a bedroom with a King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for a romantic hideout or small family retreat.

Kick back and relax in this brand new calm, stylish studio. Located off of Interstate 35, this is a prime location for taking a quick trip down to Dallas or to the UNT college campus. Our guests will enjoy a private unit with a walk in shower, full size appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and complete blackout shades for those that work nights or like to sleep during the day. This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.

We have 3 Units on this property that are spaced to give you your own privacy. This place is a gemstone surrounded by a ton of things to do locally. Little Elm is full of trails, beaches, and parks. There are many events at the lake also. We have access to a cove by the bus that you can walk to through a mowed path. See backyard pictures.

This one room cabin is only a couple hundred feet from the actual shoreline with unobstructed panoramic views of the lake. Accommodates 2 guests with a queen size bed, includes a small sitting room area and features French chandeliers and a clawfoot soaking tub and is equipped with a Roku TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.
