Byt se nachází 2 minuty od kolonády, 100m od Lázeňského parku, 300m od vlakového nádraží a 800m od náměstí. V bytovém domě je výtah, se kterým se dostanete do 3.patra, kde se byt nachází. Velikost bytu je 100m2 s kuchyňskou linku, mini bar, vlastní koupelnou s vanou a WC, pračkou, s TV a WiFi. Byt je kompletně zařízený. Parkování je bezproblémové. Ubytování není určeno pro žádné oslavy ani večírky!

Přijeďte načerpat energii do Poděbrad! Byt se nachází u kolonády a přesto je velice klidný a útulný. Přijeďte k nám i vlakem! Od nádraží je to kousek (cca 200m). Můžeme vám půjčit i dvě kola. Poděbrady jsou protkané cyklostezkami, nabídnou vám překrásnou přírodu a možnost přírodního koupání. Večer vás okouzlí příjemnou lázeňskou atmosférou. Vyražte na kolonádu a dejte si třeba zmrzku, víno či výtečnou večeři 😉 Preferujeme pobyty na více než 2 noci, ale není podmínkou. Děkujeme 🌷

Dům se nachází 100 metrů od řeky Labe na cyklostezce cca 4km od města Nymburk. Doubrava je malá vesnice. Asi 300 metru od domu se nachazi piskovna s moznosti koupani v ciste vode. V okoli do 15km se nachazi mesta Nymburk, Podebrady, Lysa nad Labem a Milovice. U mě si to zamilujete, protože dům je útulný a poskytuje klid a pohodu včetně velke zahrady. Pokud máte rádi cyklistiku, rybaření nebo kanoistiku, jste na dobré adrese. Mé ubytování je skvělé pro páry a rodiny (s dětmi).

There is also a steam bath and and sauna (the use of them is charged separately.) On the second floor there is a 3 bedroom for two people with its own bathroom, a rest room with 2 beds for 4 sleeping places.
