We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. Kislingbury is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the pictures show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. The studio is totally self contained so you can come and go as you please. Very quiet, private and has a South facing balcony overlooking the garden. There is wi-fi, unrestricted parking on the street immediately outside the property. It has a shower. A small dog is welcome to stay and use the garden and there will be £30 charge, payable directly.
