The center 5 minutes. - The most trendy area in the city. - It is located in one of the most charming streets in the city. - Lively street, but yet fairly quiet in the apartment - The apartment is with high ceilings and lots and lots of light. - An apartment suitable for adults travelling with or without kids. Only ten minutes walk from the lovely child-friendly beach, 200 meters away from nearest restaurant, 1500 meter from grocery store, 5 kilometers from closets train station, lots of tourist sights in the area. It's a great house for cozy family times. The garden is very privat and you will have all the abilities to get either an active holiday with lots of sightseeing or just a relaxing holiday in the garden and at the beach.
