WELCOME Built in 2019 under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit our less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is styled around a rustic theme and is located around 5 miles (8km) from the A1 and 3 miles (5km) from the M62 motorways, with good road/rail links from 3 local stations and a bus terminus. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

There is walking access to activities and amenities; recommendations available upon request. Guests can park temporarily to unload but will need to park elsewhere. Glen Vale parking is recommended which can be booked online. WiFi is free.

Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement
