Wood Cottage is a very calm, tranquil get away for you to unwind, relax, and enjoy the surroundings in it's own private grounds with its own lakes, woodland walk and ever growing wild life ,barn owl ,fish to enjoy. Whether you love soaking in the hot tub or sauna on the terrace in the perfect calming setting to take you to a different level of chill or a nice evening cooking and then getting cosy infront of the log burner fire. With in a few miles there are country pubs for food and drinking.

Our Floating Home, on the rural wildlife sanctuary of Upton Lake, is within a gated community and, being very close to a large car park, it's easy to unload/load your car. The galley/lounge opens out onto a deck area with a marble dining table & chairs and comfortable seating - ideal for your sundowner tipple. The whole property benefits from Superfast Wi-fi. A short stroll brings you into the historic town centre. The Lake is great base for exploring the area with pleasant riverside footpaths.

3 Lake Croft Barns

Enjoy the romantic setting of this modern barn with a rustic twist finished with luxurious open vaulted ceilings and French oak beams, brick fire place, oak windows and doors and an open plan kitchen/dining/living arrangement plus 3 further bedrooms with large en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom and en suite to bed 2. The main attraction is the huge rear patio area overlooking the lake and garden which is perfect for relaxing or entertaining with family and friends. Fishing access included.

Castle Hill Cottage Old Town on Scheduled Monument

Historical 16th century thatched cottage, beautifully restored and comfortable. The rear stone wall is 12th century and is a scheduled monument. Views across a nature reserve, in a peaceful setting. Parts of Kenilworth Castle can be seen from the cottage. A variety cafes and restaurants in the Old Town, including The Cross our local Michelin Star Restaurant. Ideally located for Warwick University & Jaguar LR or a traveler's delight to explore Warwickshire. Max 4 people. No Parties.

Luxury Stratford-upon-Avon riverside retreat

A beautiful Chalet styled home & sun deck in a stunning park with the facilities of a unique styled club house which offers a restaurant/bar/sky tv/BT sports evening entertainment set on the banks of the River Avon. The club also provides a water taxi which travels along the scenic river directly into the fabulous centre of Stratford upon Avon with the world renowned Swan Theatre and other cultural attractions. Follow the track and you'll be able to find your own rustic slice of heaven. Kick back and relax in one of our calm and tranquil waterfront cabins. You'll find the cabin over looking a lake, stocked with Trout and Carp. A fully equipped kitchen, king sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom room with a large waterfall shower. Why not watch the sun go down from the comfort of the outdoor bath tub? And bring the dog along too, plenty of great walks for them and yourselves to enjoy.

Lakeside Lodge- 'Swallow'

A private lakeside lodge with hot tub. A two-person, interior-designed studio space situated on edge of private lake. Hot tub, deck with Outdoor furniture, lounge area, a fully functional kitchen, shower, and a bedroom area with a handmade double bed and clothes rail, as well as all the modern cons. Wild swimming, paddle sports & SUP all available to guests, at an additional cost. Please note there is intentionally no TV or WIFI in the hope you can switch off from the rat race!!

The Duck House, Lakeside ,Woodland Log Cabin.

The Duck House is an open plan hand built wooden cabin situated in front of one of our lakes beside our beautiful private woodland which you have direct access to.. With views directly onto the lake it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside. It is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom and has everything you will need for a long or short stay. Well behaved dog friendly. Explore our private woodland and lakes or the local footpaths. SORRY NO FISHING.
