Short walk to Collaroy Beach and rock pool, Long Reef Beach, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, clubs, golf course, tennis courts, Long Reef Headland and Marine Park. Bus stops to Manly, Palm Beach and Sydney CBD are a 10 min walk to Pittwater Rd. A private undercover area has a BBQ and daybed. The Studio includes separate kitchenette, laundry facilities and separate bathroom. Combined bedroom, dining and comfortable TV lounge space.

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Please note that we live in the main house which is at the front and your stay will be at the back of the property. You have your own full privacy. The pool and spa are only for your use. Our designer-furnished retreat, complete with a bar kitchen, private pool, and hot spa, offers a sophisticated escape just moments from the beach. Immerse yourself in elegance and relaxation.

The Oar by the Bay is the perfect couples retreat, enjoy the sunset from your private entertaining deck, stroll to the renowned Patonga Boathouse, or enjoy hiking up the Great North Walk to the breathtaking Warrah Lookout. Drenched in northern sun, winter here is the best time of year! With 1 king bed (lux memory foam) plus 2nd double bed, you can sleep up to 4 (2 adults +2 children max, or 3 adults).
