It is a six minute walk to the Victoria Market, the free tram zone and the biomedical precinct with its many hospitals and universities. From the balcony, with its small garden and Buddha statute, there are views of the city and the gum trees. Extremely well-appointed, it is suitable for comfortable longer stays or vacations in the bustling city of Melbourne.

Compact ‘granny flat’, hotel style, free standing, separate access. Bedroom/desk plus bathroom. Wee Dougie is VERY SMALL, great for 1, cosy for 2. Ideal for short stays, Uni or hospital visitors or professionals, Uni graduations or a weekend just outside Melbourne CBD. As we are walking distance from the CBD there is street parking only, 1-2 hours - there is no free parking at the property. No kitchen - has hotel style coffee machine & frother, toaster, microwave, cereals & small fridge.
