A block away from lakeside Kollen play park and Boatwerks Restaurant with waterside seating. This location offers quick access to business and boating. Come enjoy a fun downtown stay.

Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately

Located in the Holland area, 20 min. to Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Saugatuck, Lake Michigan. Use of the hot tub is most likely but not guaranteed. Please ask if it is important for your stay.
