You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friends to get together, but please no loud parties.

There is free private parking directly outside the house and we are within a 10 min walk of Mumbles village in one direction and the beaches in the other direction
