Cottage on the beach

The cottage is right on the shore. It is self contained with a kitchen area and small bathroom. The twin beds, on a mezzanine floor, can be hooked up to make a super king-sized bed. Guests will have access to the beach and a garden area. Parking is on site. Although there is no washing machine, I can wash clothes for guests in my house which is next door. I live next door and will interact with guests as much or as little as they wish. I am usually at home, but if I am travelling I will arrange for a neighbour to keep contact with my guests. Coney Island is between Ardglass and Killough. There are shops and restaurants in both. It is under an hour from Belfast and within sight of the Mourne Mountains and Newcastle. Ardglass has a golf course and there are lots of opportunities locally for walking, fishing and watersports. Public transport is limited, but possible. There is a bus from Dublin airport with a connection to Downpatrick. There is a bus from both Belfast airports with connections to Downpatrick, about six miles from Coney Island. If I am home I will pick up guests from Downpatrick. Taxi fare is around £10. The upper floor is accessible to able bodied adults and children, but would present problems to anyone with mobility problems. (See Pic)

Springhill Lodge Hillsborough self contained annex

Springhill Lodge is a refurbished spacious one bedroom self contained annex with off street parking and own patio area. The annex is attached to our home however has is own private front door allowing you to come and go as you please. (Please note there is access to the main house from the annex however this door will remain locked at all times). Conveniently located just off the A1 and approx 15 minute walk into Hillsborough village where a wealth of amenities can be enjoyed. Wifi included.

Ivy Cottage Luxury Cottage With Pet Alpacas

Ivy Cottage sits on the grounds of Ballymcbrennan Old Schoolhouse, dating from the 1830s. Situated in a rural location on the outskirts of Lisburn, the cottage is a mere 5 minute drive to the M1 and 15 minutes from Belfast. The cottage has gated access and parking and features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, sunny conservatory, double bedroom and shower room. We have three pet alpacas - beautiful creatures to watch as they graze in the garden, chickens, a dog and a cat.

Only minutes from Slieve Donard and Newcastle beach. The Guest House situated in the centre of Newcastle, Co. Down. It is ideal for walkers and ramblers. It can accommodate up to 2 adults on a sofa bed (plus one child in a camp bed). Accommodation is dog friendly. Facilities include shower, TV, electric fire, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster and washing machine. A basket of local homemade bread, cereals, milk and fruit is provided on arrival. A cosy place in the heart of the Mournes

Relax and unwind in our cosy space in the heart of the Mournes. We are at the foot of the Ulster way, with the track to the Mourne mountains in one direction and Tollymore forest in the other a stroll is always sanctioned! Then come back and fall asleep In front of the log burner. Meelmore lodge coffee shop is a 10 minute walk Newcastle is 10 minute drive Belfast is a 1hr drive, or 1hr bus journey from Newcastle You really are in the heart of the mountains here!

Relax in this recently renovated guesthouse nestled into a hill with beautiful views of the countryside. Plenty of space for 3 guests with two bedrooms (double and single beds) and an open living/dining/kitchen area. Cot and high chair available for infants- advise us if required. Lovely one bed self-contained flat located on the outskirts of Armagh City, just off the main Portadown Road. we are almost finished converting a old schoolhouse building, with stunning views of countryside, windmill etc. we have completed Phase 1 which provides 3 chalet type suite rooms - guest have use of internal courtyard . Situated close to Mourne Mountains and 10 minutes walk to Newcastle centre and beach. Very quiet area. Close to main house with small kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster (no cooker/hob). Basic breakfast essentials will be left.Bread cereal tea bags coffee milk and butter.
