Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

We have meticulously decorated each room to make the space unique and comfortable. Built in 1968, our a-Frame is located minutes away from the Kingdom Trails, Burke Mountain, Lake Willoughby, and across the street from the VAST trail. With picturesque views from our street, and all the amenities, you may never want to leave the aframe.

Welcome to our little slice of paradise! Before booking, please be aware that the “road” in is bumpy and rough. If your car is off the ground and, even better, AWD, you will be fine …but there is a chance that you will prefer to hike in. (We have a wagon.) Please be aware that if it is raining you will likely need AWD. The road gets super slick in the rain. This is a manageable hike, about 10 minutes. Please bring firewood and drinking water. The yurt does not have electricity or wifi.

Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.
