My place is a very nice top floor flat of a historic building with original features, very spacious and bright. It is located in one of the most beautiful and lovely areas of Southsea, with the sea and a wide beach at only 300 yards, beach cafes, tennis courts and a magical Rose Garden. The flat has a big kitchen with all appliances and the room has a firm mattress. That's all that you need :) Couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups are welcome.

The Hideaway is nestled in the Wiltshire countryside on a four acre smallholding near to the foothills of Roundway Down. It is a self-contained 1st floor studio, adjacent to the hosts property, surrounded by sheep, donkeys, dogs, chickens, a pony and large African tortoise. The opportunity to feed the lambs during springtime can be arranged. *Guests are welcome to use the family pool during the summer months (June-September) and the gym. A small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat in a rural location. The Annex has a small kitchen with hob, cooker and microwave. There is a table for eating. One double bed and a shower room. We have good broadband and there is parking on the property. The village has a great pub within walking distance and plenty of lovely walks. We are about 11 miles from Winchester and 3 miles from Jane Austen's Chawton. Our stairs into the flat are steep and narrow.
