Our second floor suites are available to book individually (see listings) or all in one...meaning room for large families, company outings, retreats, groups of friends, reunions, parties...the list goes on and on! With the entire second floor booked, you'll have room to sleep up to 12 people comfortably; have access to a full kitchen + dining area; enjoy use of the game room, deck/balcony seating area; as well as our front porch/green space/pergola area.

Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Central Iowa's rolling hills, prairies, and distant forests while staying in our newly constructed barndominium. Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. Cozy up inside by the electric fireplace, enjoy a movie on Roku TV, curl up in the reading nook, utilize the portable desk or get competitive while playing board games. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.

Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants & a park are within walking distance. This space is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm and is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. The space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood!
