Or sit out on the deck and catch the morning sun filtering through the trees. The dining room table will easily seat 6, but there is room for more! Wifi and cable television is provided (including 70+ channels). Full-sized washer and dryer. And even an outside clothes line is available. Cute, comfortable!

However, fair warning, this house is not an accessible place for those who can’t handle stairs or do not like the rustic life!

The space is an 800-square-foot basement that has been converted into a two-bedroom apartment with one full bathroom, a kitchen, a living room that is furnished. The living area has its own entrance separate from the upstairs of the home, with off-street parking. There is usually very little activity upstairs, so noise from above won't be an issue. We also rent to outages at Cooper Nuclear Station and for long-term wind farm workers.
