A peaceful spacious room for women to relax (or adventure out) in a quiet street close to CBD. Own entrance, shower & toilet. Double bed and comfortable king-single fold down futon. Listed for one person, please inquire regarding extra guests. Bay window with lovely garden outlook, plenty of storage, and space for you to prepare and enjoy breakfast or snacks. As I am taking extra care with cleaning in these Covid times, my expectation is that you will be vaccinated.

Welcome to our well appointed private, sunny sleep out with large deck, park views, ensuite bathroom, fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. A short stroll to city hub, bus depot and Trafalgar Centre with a supermarket just down the street. The Airport bus stops just around the corner every 30 minutes, seven days a week. (It stops near Tahunanui Beach on the way too.) Self check-in is offered and often early check-in or late check-out can be arranged.

We live in a lovely central area of Nelson and have a private separate area downstairs. This area has a queen bed, private bathroom and separate entrance. It is 10 minutes walk to supermarkets, cafes, takeaways and town . Recently renovated everything is crisp and new with a smart tv and air conditioning . There is outdoor seating and off road parking . We live upstairs and are happy to help you enjoy your time here in Nelson.

There is one parking space available on our section, breakfast is included in your stay. House is situated on Britannia Heights overlooking Tasman Bay with beautiful sea views and an outdoor swimming pool. Our guest space is on the ground floor of our house which offers 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a large lounge and kitchenette. 20 minute walk into town. 5 minute walk to the ocean. There is Netflix and Sky TV available in the lounge and a BBQ for your use.
