Olea is a luxury 2-bedroom private house located in Kyparissia, 80m from the sea. Olea consists of a living room with fireplace, a full equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Olea has also a spacious balcony in each level of the house. Olea is a two-level property, able to accommodate up to 6 guests. -First Floor- Entering the house an open area consists of a kitchen and leaving room welcomes you. Second Floor- On the second floor of the house there are the two double bedrooms.

Rodanthe's Guest House

Μόλις 50 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού της Στεμνίτσας, μέσα από ένα ονειρικό πέτρινο δρομάκι, βρίσκεται ο πλήρως ανακαινισμένος ξενώνας Ροδάνθη. Χτισμένος από πέτρα και ξύλο το 1867 με την παραδοσιακή δομή των ορεινών ελλαδικών χωριών, χαρίζει μια μοναδική θέα στο βουνό και στο ρυάκι καθώς βρίσκεται στο τέλος του μονοπατιού. Το σπίτι είναι σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή του χωριού με θέα στο γεφύρι του Αλφειού και το οροπέδιο της Μεγαλόπολης. Διαθέτει 2 τζάκια, ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και ψηλοτάβανες κρεβατοκάμαρες. Στην είσοδο διαθέτει αυλή με σκιά από μεγάλη καρυδιά και κληματαριά.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε Μόλις 200μ από καταπληκτική παραλία και θάλασσα. Κοντά σε χωρίο με όλες τις εξυπηρετήσεις. Με πολλές ταβέρνες με καλό και φθηνό φαγητό.. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ένα κτήμα 4 στρ με πολλή ησυχία και ωραίο φυσικό περιβάλλον. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες (με παιδιά), μεγάλες ομάδες και κατοικίδια.
