The apartment offers 85 m² of space for up to 4 people, with two cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious bathroom with shower. If you want to use our spacious flat as a couple, you are welcome to choose the bedroom. The second bedroom is of course included for the third person onwards. Zweizimmer-Wohnung mit Parkgarage

Renovated two-room flat in the centre of the village, in a busy area. The parking garage is suitable for cars up to 4.80m long, otherwise parking is possible in the courtyard. The pull-out sofa bed (1,20x2,00) can accommodate one adult or two children. In the same house there is a well-attended, stylish wine bar that closes around midnight. Supermarket next door, gelateria, bus and train station as well as cycle path are within walking distance (2-5 min). Local tax of 2,10€ per person and night.

Unser Haus steht im Dorfzentrum von Kastelbell Tschars im Untervinschgau in ruhiger Lage, ein ideales Urlaubsziel für Familien mit Kinder zu jeder Jahreszeit. Das Konzept ist "Wohnen in der Natur" . Die Besonderheit sind zwei Glasfronten mit uneingeschränkter Aussicht über das Tal die sich im Untergeschoss zu beiden Seiten öffnen lassen. So lässt sich ein angenehmes Klima schaffen, auch bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung . Barrierefrei da beide Ebenen einen separaten Eingang haben.
