The house is also 12 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and on the edge of the Washington National Forest.There are many trails here (some even just across the street) so if you come to hike, you are in the right place!

Our family lives in this home upstairs and we have remodeled our basement for hosting and love to share with families, college students, commuters, and everyone else! Our home has an excellent and desirable location in a quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes from LU and CVCC, and about 15 minutes from downtown. You will love our home because of the private entrance, convenient location, modern decor, fast Wi-Fi, and homemade kitchenette!

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Close to Glen Maury Park, SVU and Lexington Va. close to Horse a center and Safari Park. Home has nice cover front porch and deck in back. One bedroom with a queen bed and tv mounted on wall. Living room with 43 inch Roku tv with a full size sleeper sofa. 2 nd bedroom with a full bed. Bathroom has a stand up shower only. Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, huge deck, and private swimming pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top of the line kitchen, cozy living room, and extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the firepit, and relax on the dock. There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.
