The only entrance to this unit is through the backyard, there are no connecting doors to the main house. This unit is fully furnished, no smoking and no pets allowed.

Come stay in the Hill Country... A large 32 foot, travel trailer nestled under oak trees. Private bedroom with a queen bed. Spacious kitchen and living area with a large desk in the event you need to work. A key to the travel trailer and gate remote is provided to you so you can come and go as you please. The Mathis House is located in a peaceful area within walking distance to the river, shops and the historic walking tour. It has a large fenced yard with a patio. The home has a fully equipped kitchen and there are several restaurants close by. The living room has a foldout couch. The den also has what the family called the napping couch.
