Περιμετρικά του κτιρίου υπάρχει κήπος με πηγάδι, διάφορα δέντρα και φυτά που μπορεί ο επισκέπτης να περάσει ευχάριστες ώρες ξεκούρασης και χαλάρωσης. Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.

It is located on the mezzanine with a view of the garden and the sea, it consists of 1 double bed and next to a separate area there are 2 single beds, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, It has a large terrace with a view of the sea and the garden. The apartment accommodates 4 people.

Υσυχη τοποθεσια μεσα στη καρδια του Μπατσιου. Ιδιωτικος χωρος parking. Πολυ ευκολα ολα με τα ποδια. 2 λεπτα περπατημα για να βγεις στην παραλιακη οδο. Air condition σε καθε δωματιο- χωρο και ενεργειακο τζακι για μερακληδες. Προσφατα ανακαινισμενο. Μεγαλη βεραντα για παιδια αλλα και για ωραιες παρεες. Υπαρχει κουνια για μωρα.
