Ο χώρος είναι προσφάτως ανακαινισμένος και τα έπιπλα αναπαλαιωμένα με την τεχνική της πατίνας. Φιλοξενεί 5 άτομα και είναι κατάλληλο για οικογένειες ή παρέες φίλων. Διαθέτει air conditioning, ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα για ζεστό νερό κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας, δωρεάν WiFi, τηλεοράσεις σε όλα τα δωμάτια, εντοιχισμένη κουζίνα και ντουλάπια πλήρως εξοπλισμένα, και αυτόνομη θέρμανση με καλοριφέρ για τους χειμερινούς επισκέπτες.
